1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

The site has no forms, user accounts or newsletter, so it doesn't ask you for any personal data.

We only process personal data when you contact us:

• for phone orders: your name, phone number and, for delivery, your address, only for as long as we need them to prepare and hand over your order;
• if you write to us by email or on social media: the details in your message, so we can reply.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• fulfilling the order you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• answering your questions (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• meeting our legal obligations, such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep data

We keep order details only as long as needed for delivery and any complaints, and accounting records for as long as the law requires. We keep messages for as long as we need to reply to you.

5. Who we share data with

We don't sell or rent your data. We only share it when needed for your order (for example, with the courier) or when required by law.

When you order through Wolt, Glovo, Bolt Food or other partner apps, your data is processed by those companies under their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

For visit statistics (how many people visit the site and which pages they view) we use Umami (umami.is), a service that uses no cookies and collects no personal data: visits are counted anonymously and can't identify you.

We only use the browser's session storage to remember that you've already seen the loading screen during your current visit; this is deleted when you close the tab and doesn't identify you.

The map on the home page is loaded from Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when the map is displayed, under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Links to partner apps and social networks lead to sites with their own policies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request:

• access to your data and a copy of it;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• erasure of your data or restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
